  • Please note that this dish is particularly high in fat content as it is made by following a traditional Northern China Recipe which uses a cut of pork belly with more fat

Best Served With

  • A bowl of steamed rice (we recommend Jasmine rice)

  • Garnish with coriander

  • Add chopped Chinese Lettuce for an added crunch
