  • A classic dish hailing from Sichuan which literally translates into fish-fragrant aubergine, but don’t worry, there is no fish used in this recipe!

  • Soft slices of aubergine full of flavour accompanied by minced pork for added protein

Best Served With

  • A bowl of steamed rice (we recommend Jasmine rice)

  • Garnish with coriander or scallions
