Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
For delivery, we require a £30 minimum value for online orders in order to courier this to you.
Delivery is free of charge if your order is over £80 (Wednesday or Friday Delivery)


How long will delivery take?
All deliveries require 1 day to arrive!
All deliveries for Wednesday or Friday must be placed 4 days in advanced!


Does the food arrive frozen to my home?
All Alta Foods products are dispatched from our H.Q and are couriered within insulated cool boxes to keep them at the lowest temperature possible to ensure that they are delivered frozen. The internal temperature of the packaging is designed to be kept below 8°C which is below the danger zone for bacterial growth!


Does the meal pouch come with rice or noodles?
Our Alta Food pouches do not contain any rice or noodles! This is to ensure that you get the best quality ready made meal. Photos of our products with rice are for reference only to give you an idea of how you can serve your meal pouch!


How long will the meal pouches last in the freezer?
Our Alta Foods pouches have a best before date of 1 month from purchase.
We recommend consuming your Alta Foods pouch within 1 month of purchase.


Where are your meals produced?
All of our Alta Foods pouches are made fresh within licensed, sanitised and commercial kitchens. The chefs which we work with are all required to wear medical face masks and nitrile-powder free gloves with no traces of latex.
Health and safety is of the utmost importance to us!


Can you reheat the meal once you have cooked it?
We strongly recommend no. Once you have heated up your Alta Foods pouch, it is best advised to finish it. Our pouches are already pre-cooked and ready to heat up so they should not be reheated again.


How do I add a discount code to my order?

Can I cancel my order or refund it?
Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller.  Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.
We are happy to edit your order and refund you before delivery of your order.

Can I edit my order?
Should you wish to edit your order, we are happy to do so as long as your order has not been sent our for delivery yet.


Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all over London and Nationwide across the U.K Mainland!
We do not deliver to international destinations including The Channel Islands!


Can I resell your product?
The resale of any of our products by any individual is strictly prohibited.
